How to Apply

It’s easy! Fill out the Application Form.

DATES: The final date is to be confirmed, but we are hoping to schedule for May/June 2016.

LOCATION: The final location is to be confirmed, but we are only looking at venues in Toronto’s east end.

SET UP TIME for all vendors: 10:30am – 10:55am

MARKET HOURS: 11am – 3pm Admission is FREE!

TAKE DOWN TIME: 3pm – 3:30pm


What do you get for particpating in the Baker’s Market? You will be provided with a table, chairs and lots of hungry customers!

A few things that you should know, before you apply:

  1. Participation fee is $50 + HST/market, payable by email transfer within 24 hours of receiving acceptance email. If payment isn’t received, your spot will be forfeited to someone on the waiting list. Please send e-transfer to torontobakersmarket@gmail.com. Payment is non-refundable and dates cannot be switched.
  2. If you sell out early you must stay at your table until the end of the market. And hey! Congratulations! However, if tables close early, it can ruin the atmosphere for those remaining. And hopefully you’ll have had such success that you’ll bring even more goods for the next Market.
  3. We reserve the right to refuse applications if there are too many similar products. We want to ensure a variety of options for attendees.
